We can trade cleared products via a CCP (like ICE Clear, CME Clearport or LME Clear) if our counterparty has a clearing account, or bilaterally after signing an ISDA agreement and negotiating terms of a corresponding Schedule and Credit Support Annex. Different margining options are available to our counterparties subject to counterparty credit and position assessment.
